The career layer for a generation

Every person in North America makes a handful of decisions that shape their working life, and almost all of them make those decisions with bad information. We are building the intelligence layer underneath them.

the problem, in numbers

1 in 3Post-secondary students who switch or drop their program
$100K+Typical cost of a wrong-fit degree, tuition plus lost years

why now

Three things changed at once. Counselling capacity collapsed while caseloads grew. Automation started rewriting entry-level work faster than any curriculum can follow. And the résumé, the artifact the whole system was built around, stopped carrying useful signal.

The result is a generation making irreversible decisions with fragmented advice, and institutions that know it and cannot fix it with headcount.

what we own that others do not

Our own instrument. VISI is built in-house on validated instruments; our own validation study reports in 2027. Competitors renting their assessment cannot change it; we improve ours every cycle.

A longitudinal record. Annual reassessment plus monthly journaling creates a dataset that compounds. The tenth year of a student's record is worth more than the first, and it cannot be bought or scraped.

Three-sided demand. Students adopt free, schools pay per student, employers pay to reach them. Each side makes the others more valuable.

traction

ThousandsOf student accounts, grown organically
DozensOf inbound school district requests across Canada and the USA
$260KCAD in non-dilutive funding and credits secured
DozensInbound coaching requests per month, validating willingness to pay

These are early numbers and we treat them that way. The VISI validation study reports in early 2027, and our pilot-school outcomes land with the school year. Both get published here, whichever way they come out.

Dragons' Den appearance and BC Business coverage. EdTech Week Semi-finalist 2026. Pitched live at SupeTank 2026 to more than fifty US school district superintendents. Semifinalist at the Accelerate Okanagan Angel Summit 2026. Winner of Pitchtank at Toronto Tech Week 2026. Schools can join our first cohort now. Supported by NRC IRAP, Mitacs, NVIDIA Inception, DMZ, Spring, m51, Acetech, WEBC and Accelerate Okanagan.

let's talk

We are selective about who we take money from, because the wrong investor pushes a student platform toward extracting from students. If that resonates, get in touch and we will send the deck, the model, and the pilot data as it lands.
